Our Working Policy

In our factory operating in the textile sector, where denim and nondenim fabrics are produced, the following applies;

Working hours are arranged so that our employees can spare the required time for themselves and their families in their non-work lives.

Our working hours are given below;

For blue-collar employees;

08:00-16:00

16:00-24:00

24:00-08:00

For white collar employees;

08:00-17:00

In cases where production increases or serious malfunctions occur, additional payments are made with the consent of the employee in accordance with the conditions of the Turkish Labor Law, and under the conditions specified in the Turkish Labor Law, and we carry out our activities without victimizing the employees.
