Kilim Group Kartaltepe Mensucat Fabrikası T.A.Ş (“Kilim”), has formed this Application Form in order to evaluate the applications made by the personal data subjects faster and more effective, in the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, (“Law numbered 6698), Article 11.

  1. Rights of Personal Data Subject

Before filling this Application Form, you can obtain information about your rights specified in Article 11 of Law Number 6698 and the data processing activities of Kilim by reading Kilim Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and Clarification Document available at www.kilimgroup.com.

  1. Application Method to Supervisor

In case you want to make an application regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, by filling out this Application Form and its annexes, if any,

  • A wet signed copy of the form is sent to Yenidogan Mah. Uluyol Cad. No: 10-14 34040 Bayrampaşa-Istanbul with an application in person or
  • A wet signed copy of the form is sent to Yenidogan Mah. Uluyol Cad. No: 10-14 34040 Bayrampaşa/İstanbul via notary public or

(iii) You can send the form to the info@kilimgroup.com e-mail address by using registered e-mail (KEP), secure e-signature, mobile signature or using your e-mail address that you have previously informed us and registered in our system.

Providing the information and documents requested below completely and accurately is significant in order for your application to be evaluated in a healthy way.

Although your requests will be concluded free of charge as a rule, if the response of your request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in the amounts determined within the framework of the relevant legislation. If Kilim needs additional information to finalize the request or if it cannot be proven that the application has been made by the data subject, you may be contacted via your contact information specified in this Form or at Kilim.
