In the CACTUS dyeing process, which was first developed in 2019, it took an important step for a sustainable world by reducing the consumption of 91% water and 87% chemicals compared to conventional indigo dyeing processes, as well as minimizing the generation of waste materials. In addition, Kilim Denim continues its innovative works without slowing down, Ecoflat finish process developed to create an environmentally friendly denim with the idea that sustainable textile depends on the future of the world and provides 100% caustic savings and 70% more water savings compared to the conventional flat process.

When finishing the fabrics dyed with the Cactus dyeing process with the Ecoflat process, maximum savings are obtained from the water and chemicals consumed, and the pollution load on the environment is greatly reduced.
