Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

With this policy text, our company aims to state its commitments on bribery and corruption, its approach to this issue clearly, and to protect the company’s image.
Our firm prohibits persons within the scope of its anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy from offering payment or anything of value to obtain a legal and unethical benefit, even in favor of the community or to engage in any legal and unethical behavior that can be considered as bribery or corruption, even if practices from other organizations and individuals are common.
What matters is not the material value of the benefit that is the subject of Bribery and Corruption, or whether anything is done for the other party in return. In case the value of the interest is very low or the commitment given despite the offer has not been realized yet, it will be in violation of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Our company adopts the principle of complying with the laws and regulations, universal legal rules, ethical and professional principles within the scope of bribery and corruption in which it operates. Our Group acts with a “zero tolerance” approach against bribery and corruption within the scope of this principle and undertakes to continue its activities in a fair, honest, legal and ethical manner.
