Our Non-Child Labor Policy

In our enterprise, based on article 71 of the Turkish Penal Code Numbered 4857 of the Labor Law: “The “REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH WORKERS”, which covers the procedures and principles regarding the jobs that works that are prohibited for children and young workers under the age of 18 and young workers who have completed the age of 15 but not completed the age of 18 will be allowed to work, light jobs that children who have completed the age of 14 and have completed their primary education can employ, and working conditions, is being implemented.

If a child and/or young worker is detected while working, the procedure to be followed is as follows;

• When child labor is employed at any stage of production, there will be absolutely no benefit from children.
• The material and nonmaterial rights of children and/or young workers will be fully protected and supported.
• It will be ensured that the employee is financially supported and goes to school until s/he is not legally a child.
• Young workers employed will only be employed outside of school hours.
