Company employees respect each other’s individual rights and cultural differences. Any behavior that directly or indirectly discriminates or harass people is strictly prohibited.

These behaviors are as follows;

• Any verbal, physical or sexual approach, inexcusable physical contact, offer or touching that is not approved by the other person,
• Comments about a person’s appearance, body, or lifestyle regarding a person’s race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic,
• Statements or threats made in a way that imply, associate, or plausibly imply a connection between the employee’s employment status, promotion potential, salary status, and consent to sexual harassment.
• Obscene stories, jokes, innuendos, or comments about race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any personal characteristics,

Verbal attacks;

Mobbing: Unwarranted accusations, humiliations, general harassment or emotional abuse of a particular person, perpetrated by a group rather than an individual.

This policy is applicable to all employment terms and conditions such as hiring, placement, promotion, termination, dismissal, recall, transfer, leave, pay and training.
