To respect the right of workers to join trade unions and bargain collectively,
Not to discriminate in any way in employment, promotion and dismissal, to employ according to their ability to do the job, and to realize remuneration, social assistance and promotions in this direction,
To respect the personality and dignity of every employee and not to excuse verbal, physical or psychological harassment or coercion,
To implement disciplinary practices within the framework of the current collective bargaining agreement and legal regulations,
To comply with the applicable legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements in determining the working hours, and to comply with the voluntary basis in overtime,
To perform regular and overtime payments determined by the laws and collective bargaining agreement, and to provide social benefits to the employees as determined in the collective bargaining agreement,
To evaluate the social compliance of the suppliers it works with, to monitor the evaluation results with action plans and to gradually increase the social compliance schemes.
To comply with the current national legal regulations, the standards published by the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations conventions, to ensure the continuity of this compliance and to continuously improve the application.
