In the CACTUS dyeing process that it first developed in 2019, it took an important step for a sustainable world by reducing the consumption of 91% water and 87% chemicals compared to conventional indigo dyeing processes, as well as minimizing waste material generation.

Continuing its innovative works without slowing down, Kilim Denim works with the idea that the future of the world depends on sustainable textiles. With the Ecoflat finish process developed to create an environmentally friendly denim for this purpose, it saves 100% more caustic and 70% more water than the conventional flat process.

Fabrics dyed with the Cactus dyeing process provide maximum savings from the water and chemicals consumed when finishing with the Ecoflat process, while the pollution load on the environment is greatly reduced.
